Organizations nominated for this award must have 20 or more employees and have made a commitment to engagement and positive impact in their community.
Nominated organizations will have established programs for employee training, personal, or professional development. The awards panel will review evidence of how employees exemplify the company values and how those values support the community. Organizations should have a culture of support of both human and other resources and be able to share how they have been developed to achieve operational success.
