Established to recognize organizations that create a supportive and stimulating environment for both their employee and their stakeholder communities.

Organizations nominated for this award must have 20 or more employees and have made a commitment to engagement and positive impact in their community.

Nominated organizations will have established programs for employee training, personal, or professional development. The awards panel will review evidence of how employees exemplify the company values and how those values support the community. Organizations should have a culture of support of both human and other resources and be able to share how they have been developed to achieve operational success.

Open to individuals operating in the public, private or non-profit sectors, this Award will go to the outstanding organization who:

  • Has demonstrated a commitment to employee development,
  • Exemplifies leadership and management best practices,
  • Provides examples of the organization’s operational innovations and applications for success,
  • Details their values and how they support their stakeholder communities,
  • Shares how they demonstrate an ethical culture in their operations and how they have incorporated diversity and inclusion in their organization.
