📢 How the Program Works
✅ Share Only Official Posts
To qualify, shares must come directly from official SAM social media posts. Please do not create your own posts. You can find shareable content on the official SAM pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
📱 One Share Per Platform Per Day
You may share to multiple platforms, but only one share per platform per day will count toward your total. This helps ensure that consistent engagement is rewarded fairly.
📧 Sharing by Email
Twice a month we will share the official call for proposals by email. When you share the official Call for Proposals by email, copy [email protected] so we can track it. Each email counts as 1 share per 20 recipients, rounded to the nearest whole number. Example: John Smith forwards the email to 32 people. He earns 2 total shares.
🧾 How We Track
- Shares on social media are tracked using platform analytics and manual review of public share activity.
- Shares via email are tracked through the CC address listed above.
- Private account shares may not be visible to us. If you have a private account, consider sending a screenshot of your share to [email protected] for verification.
🏅 Earning Your Badge
As your verified shares accumulate, you’ll automatically earn recognition based on the tier system. We’ll send badges and recognition updates regularly throughout the campaign period.
🔍 Additional Notes and Tips
Here are a few important things to keep in mind:
- Sharing frequency is key. Spread out your shares over time for maximum impact and visibility.
- Shares must link to or amplify the official Call for Proposals post. We post content about all of our programs, servies, events and activities, make sure you are sharing Call for Proposal information. Also, remember to share from our official posts and do not link directly to submission portals or unrelated pages.
- Badges are digital. You’ll receive them via email with options for social use and personal portfolios.
- Recognition is ongoing. The campaign runs from June 1 through December 31, 2025. Shares made outside this window do not count toward your badge total.
