Joanne Barone is a South Florida native and currently reside in Hillsboro Beach, Florida. While primarily based in South Florida, she has traveled the globe for both work and pleasure visiting and working in 20+ countries.

A graduate of Florida State University, Harvard University and Boston College. She joined the international professional services corporation Price Waterhouse Coopers and later then joined IBM working with premium, global brands in the Travel, Transportation and Hospitality industries, as well as Retail, Public Sector and Higher Education.

Managing a diverse team of leaders, her portfolio included an annual revenue of $125 million and developed over 150+ team members. From account management, sales, marketing, operations (technical support) and business consulting projects her leadership projects have

included business transformation, application development and integration, business process change management and mergers and acquisitions. She has held leadership roles and portfolios that include managing client technology environments for organizations for Fortune 100 companies with 19B in annual revenue.

In her current role she leads operational teams provide both daily and long term providing technology support and maintenance for our clients. She collaborates with executive management teams globally to develop and participate in executable strategies that leverage various technologies and processes for business and human benefit. As a leader with IBM she is dedicated to helping organizations thrive by leveraging the principles of design thinking, co-creation and agile iteration to unleash the power of cloud technology, data and AI.
