Chief Hicks opens our special panel session with a keynote address sharing insights from his more than 25 years of progressive law enforcement experience. With academic training in criminal justice, management and public administration, Chief Hicks is a visionary leader who believes the future of policing must involve greater positive collaboration among agencies and with the community to build trust and mutual respect.
